For devices in good physical condition, we assume responsibility for replacing any faulty components within our 6-month warranty.

Pending Jobs:
Devices left for repair are held for up to 60 days from the intake date.
After 7 days of no response, customers must be notified and the device may be discarded or repurposed.
Contact our team if you can’t make payment on time to discuss a payment plan.
If a customer brings in a completely dead device and claims a problem, we may request additional information to confirm the issue.
Claims about device functionality prior to repair must be verified if the device was non-functional upon arrival, preventing accurate testing
