At Xpert IT Solutions, we stand by our work and strive to provide the best service possible. If your device is damaged due to a faulty repair or defective parts, we’ll fix it at no extra cost. You also receive a 6-month warranty on key parts like screen replacements, batteries, charging ports, speakers, and cameras. If any of these components fail, it’s covered under warranty.

However, any misuse or accidental damage—whether it happens a day after the repair or 6 months later—won’t be covered. We encourage you to follow our care instructions to keep your device in top condition. But if you do end up damaging your device after a repair, we’re here to help. For your convenience, our shop will offer you a discount on the next repair.
